Major Tool & Machine is hiring Engineers in Training for a rotational assignment program across Operations, Engineering, and other areas. The role involves performing assigned duties, completing projects and training, following SOPs and work instructions, supporting 6S and Lean Manufacturing, and communicating effectively. The position requires a BS degree in a technically related field, blueprint reading and computer skills, strong organization and communication, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work unsupervised. The program is intended to provide experience before graduating to a full-time process engineer, with work performed in a shop-floor environment and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and training support.
