RP Constructors, LLC is hiring an entry-level, full-time Engineer-in-Training to support engineering and construction projects in both office and field settings. The role involves project planning and design support, CADD collaboration, quality control, testing protocols, construction scheduling, submittals, subcontractor coordination, progress documentation, and use of Procore. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, EIT certification or the ability to obtain it within six months, 0–3 years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job sites.
