Description
CIMA+ is hiring an Engineer-in-Training to support control and protection engineering for large-scale hydroelectric projects, including turbine-generator control, instrumentation, power-plant networks, spillway and water-intake control, mechanical auxiliary systems, and related electrical and DC power systems. The role involves preparing engineering drawings and specifications, collaborating with engineers and technicians, participating in project meetings and design reviews, and conducting site surveys. It requires an electrical engineering degree or equivalent, OIQ membership or eligibility, 0–5 years of experience, French proficiency, and basic English; the position offers a flexible hybrid arrangement with an office in the Estrie region, including Sherbrooke.
