Description
The Precast Design Trainee assists senior engineers with precast design services on assigned projects, including reviewing contract documents, supporting product, connection, foundation, and lateral analyses, developing erection and production drawings, checking drawings, supporting production activities, learning engineering design software, and visiting jobsites and production facilities. The role requires a structural engineering background, Microsoft Office skills, at least three years of accredited civil or structural engineering education, and exposure to or experience in general structural engineering, precast concrete, steel, or building construction; AutoCAD or Revit skills are preferred.
