RESPEC is hiring an Engineer-In-Training for its Land Development sector in San Antonio, Texas, or Castroville, Texas. The role supports broad land development and public works work, including site civil design, engineering reports, civil construction plans, permitting submittals, stormwater analysis, site drainage, and project delivery. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related discipline, EIT certification or the ability to obtain it within one year, four years of relevant land development engineering experience, knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic tools, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include Central Texas market experience, permitting knowledge, and experience with private site development and public works projects.
