Flex is hiring an Engineer – Industrial Engineering in Sriperumbudur to support new-product layout design, line setup, manpower mapping, production standards, cycle-time setup, productivity improvement, existing-product re-layout, and lead-time reduction. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training, typically 4+ years of experience, strong industrial engineering experience, team-handling experience, and the ability to lead shift operations.
