Description
The Industrial Engineer evaluates manufacturing, delivery, customer experience, and other systems to improve productivity and quality. Responsibilities include optimizing machine layouts, monitoring equipment capacity, conducting work and time studies, analyzing production data, recommending continuous improvements, and supervising IE technicians. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related discipline, knowledge of Six Sigma, BRISCAD, and Microsoft Excel, strong communication and presentation skills, and three years of relevant experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
