Ross Stores is hiring an Engineer IV, Merchandising Planning Delivery Lead to drive the strategy, modernization, architecture, and delivery of merchandising planning technology solutions. The role is a highly technical individual contributor focused on planning, forecasting, analytics, platform modernization, integrations, and operational support for retail merchandising systems, partnering closely with business and IT stakeholders. It requires deep IT experience, strong technical leadership, and knowledge of retail planning domains, cloud, APIs, data integration, analytics, and emerging AI/ML technologies. The position is based in New York, New York with regular in-office presence and a hybrid work arrangement.
