Zachry Group is hiring a Process Engineer IV for its Downers Grove Engineering Design Center. The role performs routine process engineering and design work, including PFD and P&ID development, heat and material balance calculations, equipment sizing, hydraulic analysis, relief and flare systems, hazard analysis, regulatory compliance, budget tracking, and coordination of a small engineering staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 8 years of process engineering experience in the energy and chemical industries, with preferred qualifications including professional engineering licensure and HAZOP/LOPA experience.
