Description
Molex is hiring an Engineer, Knowledge Management in Shijie Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, to drive the capture, distillation, and reuse of engineering knowledge across product development and manufacturing. The role facilitates cross-functional Foundation PFMEA and DFMEA development using the AIAG-VDA 1st edition methodology in Plato e1ns, coaches teams, conducts knowledge-elicitation sessions, creates reusable lessons, maintains knowledge systems, delivers training, supports Communities of Practice, and pilots AI-assisted knowledge capture. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent, at least five years of relevant industrial experience, strong FMEA and facilitation skills, and English proficiency.
