Description
The Building Manager provides administrative and technical direction for the operation and maintenance of one or more Class A buildings. The role manages engineering staff, oversees capital planning, utility and supplier programs, maintenance reliability, safety and regulatory compliance, tenant relations, budgets, and after-hours coverage. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent education and experience, 8–10 years of engineering experience in Class A buildings of 250,000 square feet or greater, strong communication and project-management skills, and relevant area-specific licenses, with CFC universal preferred.
