Description
Infineon is hiring an Engineer Line Control to drive manufacturing line planning and control in a semiconductor production environment. The role balances production loading and WIP flow, optimizes capacity utilization, monitors equipment availability, resolves bottlenecks, supports capacity and resource planning, and uses operational data to improve cycle time, OTD, and other manufacturing performance targets. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience are preferred, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
