The City of Friedberg is hiring a municipal construction project manager to assess needs, plan and budget projects, prepare decision documents, manage construction projects from technical, economic, and legal perspectives, represent the client, and oversee quality control. The role requires a civil engineering or facilities-management degree, professional construction and maintenance experience, knowledge of German construction regulations, and strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
