Description
Rheinbahn AG is hiring an Engineer (m/f/d) Technical Building Services to plan, construct, maintain, and operate technical building services systems; manage TGA projects; control schedules, costs, and finances; prepare tenders and service specifications; coordinate external planners and service providers; supervise construction; and prepare documentation and compliance reports. The role requires an engineering degree or technician qualification with relevant experience, knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, building automation, and related technologies, familiarity with HOAI and VOB, MS Office and CAD skills, and willingness for occasional weekend on-call duty.
