Description
The Maintenance Engineer provides technical and engineering support for field maintenance activities, focusing on machinery and equipment. The role handles equipment failures and downtime, prepares maintenance and capital plans, responds to breakdowns, diagnoses faults, leads root-cause failure analysis, supervises technicians, manages budgets and records, oversees repairs and third-party fabrication, and reviews equipment purchases and engineering drawings. It requires a BS in Engineering and at least seven years of related industrial plant maintenance experience, including industrial heavy machinery.
