Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will design, manufacture, inspect, validate, and maintain assembly and test fixtures; develop and improve manufacturing, assembly, and test processes; create and update routing and fixture jobs; support NPI programs; and lead cross-functional problem-solving and capital-expense efforts. The role requires a BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or the technical equivalent, at least three years of manufacturing engineering or relevant experience, fixture-design experience, Six Sigma and Lean knowledge, Solidworks proficiency, and strong project-management and leadership skills.
