Amazon Japan is hiring a Material Handling Equipment Engineer to lead the technical team responsible for defining specifications, monitoring performance, supporting deployment, and improving material handling equipment across its Japanese delivery station network. The role partners with Process Engineering, Operations, Facilities, Worldwide, and European teams, requires frequent domestic travel, and is based in Tokyo. Candidates need at least four years of relevant industrial, operations, manufacturing, or project engineering experience, a bachelor's degree or above in engineering or equivalent, and fluent Japanese and English business communication skills.
