AlfaTech is hiring a full-time Mechanical Engineer to perform mechanical design, HVAC system selection, equipment specification, submittal and shop-drawing reviews, feasibility studies, compliance analysis, technical reporting, and BIM implementation. The role supports consulting-engineering projects, advises junior staff, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, and may include field engineering during construction. It is a hybrid position based in San Jose, California, with a salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 and requires 3–6 years of design experience, a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and proficiency with Trace 700, Revit, BIM 360, and related tools.
