Description
The Busway Custom Order Engineer will translate customer requirements into GA drawings, busway component selections, calculations, and detailed bills of materials in Bidman. The role coordinates with sales, distributors, electrical contractors, plant and field engineers, and other Eaton busway plants; supports shop-floor manufacturing; resolves special-order requirements; and mentors team members. It requires hands-on LV busway custom-order engineering, busbar and enclosure sizing, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, PLM, ERP, project management, English communication, and experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
