Description
Arm is hiring a Memory IP Engineer to develop memory fast cache instances on advanced semiconductor technologies. The role focuses on margining, characterization, verification, and release of memory instances, including SRAM and register-file designs, and provides exposure to Verilog, Liberty, schematics, Lef, GDS, EDA tools, and automation techniques. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering and 1–2 years of experience in memory design or characterization, along with knowledge of SRAM, digital circuits, device physics, scripting, and AI usage.
