Description
Arm is hiring a Memory IP Engineer to develop memory fast cache instances on advanced technologies such as 14A and 2nm. The role covers margining, characterization, verification, and release of memory instances, including SRAM and register-file designs, and exposure to Verilog, Liberty, schematics, Lef, GDS, EDA tools, and automation. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering and 0–2 years of experience in memory design or characterization, along with knowledge of SRAM, digital circuits, device physics, scripting, and AI.
