Description
The Manufacturing Operations Engineer supports Metallization and Probe manufacturing operations, coordinates issue resolution, monitors performance, and drives productivity and cycle-time improvements. The role also supports equipment and facility ramp projects, operational readiness, quality and audit activities, CAPA tracking, operational data analysis, reporting, and manufacturing system enhancements. Required qualifications include a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred qualifications include semiconductor manufacturing experience, knowledge of MES, SAP, Power BI, SQL, or automation systems, and project management experience.
