The role focuses on developing measurement recipes and tool qualification criteria for semiconductor manufacturing, using statistical process control, data analysis, and AI-enabled tools to improve product integrity, tool availability, efficiency, cost, and quality. It involves collaborating with R&D, engineering operations, application teams, and tool suppliers, supporting process changes and continuous improvement, and training engineering teams on tool maintenance and troubleshooting. The position requires a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing; internship or semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
