Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Semiconductor Metrology Engineer to operate and maintain CD, overlay, thin-film, and defect-inspection tools; perform wafer measurements and inspections; support equipment setup, calibration, and troubleshooting; analyze measurement data; collaborate on yield improvement; and document inspection results. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, materials science, or a related field, familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing and metrology, and proficiency with SPC, FMEA, and basic data-analysis tools. The position involves rotating day and night shifts and may require 3–4 months of rotation depending on requirements.
