Description
The Pre-Treatment Plant Operator will safely and efficiently operate and maintain brewery-wide industrial utility systems, including process and potable water treatment and wastewater pre-treatment. The role involves monitoring and analyzing wastewater treatment processes, collecting and interpreting laboratory samples, maintaining equipment and instrumentation, operating screening, clarification, anaerobic digestion, and biogas-handling equipment, generating reports, maintaining chemical inventory, supporting process improvements, and performing safety and housekeeping activities. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, wastewater treatment knowledge, and experience operating industrial or municipal water treatment plants, with availability for all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
