NOV is hiring an Engineer, Operational Excellence for its Fiber Glass Systems team in Sohar, Oman. The role leads site-level operational excellence and quality control, supervises the QC team, and drives continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, RCA, CAPA, KPI and dashboard development, inspection oversight, NCR and quality documentation management, QMS and audit support, and cross-functional process improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent technical discipline, at least four years of relevant experience, team-supervision experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and English.
