MP Materials is hiring a Senior Engineer III, Operational Technology to design, deploy, and maintain the facility’s digital backbone for real-time and historical data from automated systems. The role covers SCADA/HMI systems, AVEVA PI, Rockwell AssetCentre, PLC and sensor integration, secure segmented industrial networks, industrial communication protocols, OT/IT security, system commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and at least three years of hands-on operational technology experience in a manufacturing or process environment.
