Description
Piper Products is hiring a full-time, exempt Quality Engineer to support manufacturing quality, operational excellence, and product compliance. The role leads continuous improvement and quality initiatives, investigates defects and process variation, performs root cause and CAPA analysis, supports process validations and supplier quality, maintains quality systems and documentation, and collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, customer service, sales, and other teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, extensive manufacturing quality experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and knowledge of quality tools such as SPC, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, and root cause analysis.
