Description
HARMAN is hiring a Packaging Engineer to support the Design Team through its New Product Introduction process. The role develops and improves packaging for audio and consumer-electronic products, creates packaging specifications and feasibility studies, supports customer testing, researches sustainable packaging materials and processes, and leads cross-functional projects involving packaging design, quality, reliability, assembly, warehouse, transportation, and printing. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Packaging or Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of packaging engineering experience, proficiency with AutoCAD, Illustrator, and 3D modeling software, and willingness to work in Shenzhen, China, with up to 20% domestic travel.
