Description
Renesas is seeking an experienced SoC Performance Engineer to develop and maintain SystemC TLM 2.0 performance models, analyze and optimize complex SoC performance across CPU, GPU, DDR, interconnects, and high-speed interfaces, and collaborate with architecture, design, software, and verification teams. The role also includes performance simulation, bottleneck analysis, reporting, mentoring junior engineers, and staying current with SoC performance-modelling techniques. A bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or computer engineering or a related field and at least 10 years of SoC performance-modelling and analysis experience are required.
