The role coordinates projects with clients, architects, and executing companies, monitors schedules and costs, and supports quality assurance, with leadership responsibilities depending on project scope. Candidates need a relevant degree or technician qualification, at least three years of comparable experience, knowledge of iTwo and Office applications, VOB and HOAI expertise, and excellent German skills.
