Micron Technology, Inc. is hiring a Probe Shift Equipment Engineer to lead a team of shift equipment technicians and oversee the day-to-day performance of a work unit responsible for complex equipment operations. The role includes setting expectations, providing performance feedback, ensuring training and SOP compliance, analyzing equipment data, resolving issues, coordinating with production and process stakeholders, and improving efficiency through AI-enabled tools. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related discipline, willingness to work a permanent 12-hour day/night shift, leadership experience, semiconductor-probe internship experience, clean-room work, Microsoft Office proficiency, and baseline digital and AI literacy.
