Description
The Process Engineer will improve site performance at dsm-firmenich’s Arcadia, Wisconsin facility by managing capital and improvement plant projects from concept through startup, monitoring process data, resolving production issues, and supporting P&ID, process safety, HAZOP, and FMEA activities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, and familiarity with project management and Lean Six Sigma; electrical, mechanical, or chemical engineering is preferred. The position is onsite and offers a base salary of $66,000–$93,800 plus incentive pay and benefits.
