Description
Molex is hiring a Process Engineer in Zhuhai, Guangdong to develop and support new and existing optical communication products. The role supports production and product managers through project development, process optimization, product testing, engineering changes, technical documentation, design feasibility reviews, yield and scrap analysis, and customer and supplier support. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and at least three years of experience in optical communication products are required; optical communication product process experience, PLM, manufacturing processes, Six Sigma, and Lean are preferred.
