Molex is hiring a Process Engineer in Zhuhai, Guangdong to drive automation and intelligent upgrades of production lines, support on-site automation issues, optimize control logic, and manage PLC programming, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and industrial control systems. The role also covers equipment technical renovation, documentation, and production line upgrades. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree or above in automation, electrical engineering, communication, or a related discipline, at least two years of optical communication product engineering experience, and strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and English skills; automation experience and overseas factory automation project delivery are preferred.
