Description
The Engineer, Molding coordinates molding processes and supports production, engineering, and quality control through equipment troubleshooting, automation and control-system support, process validation, change requests, cost reduction, and quality-failure investigations. The role also designs engineering protocols and technical documents, maintains compliance with OSHA, ISO 13485, GxP, and U.S. regulations, trains technicians, and manages maintenance records. It requires at least five years of experience in machine automation, control systems, equipment installation, start-up, operation, maintenance, calibration, and process engineering across food, electronics, high-precision plastic molding, medical-device, or pharmaceutical industries, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
