Description
The role is responsible for manufacturing engineering across new product introduction and ongoing production, including workstation and line setup, pilot and start-of-production builds, manufacturing documentation, process and machine capability studies, SPC, time studies, line balancing, failure analysis, quality problem solving, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical and electronics engineering, at least five years of manufacturing experience, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and knowledge of manufacturing engineering methods such as FMEA, SPC, MTM-UAS, 8D, and AUTOCAD.
