Description
MP Materials is hiring a Process Control Engineer to optimize, maintain, and advance control systems at its rare earth manufacturing facility. The role leads process control projects, develops advanced process control and regulatory control strategies, maintains PLC, HMI, SCADA, and instrumentation systems, troubleshoots control failures, performs root cause analysis, supports upgrades and standardization, and contributes to real-time process optimization. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent practical experience, at least three years of control or automation engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, and practical PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting experience.
