Amgen is hiring an Engineer - Process Engineering to provide technical engineering support for continuous daily manufacturing operations. The role involves troubleshooting, process optimization, equipment upgrades and modifications, data analysis, and collaboration with manufacturing, maintenance, process development, utilities, facilities, quality assurance, and validation teams. The position may support non-standard shift operations, including nights and weekends, and requires a master’s degree in engineering or a bachelor’s degree in engineering with two years of engineering experience. Preferred qualifications include mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering, regulated-environment troubleshooting, pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing and GMP knowledge, technical writing, and English-Spanish communication.
