GLOBALFOUNDRIES is hiring Process Engineers to support Fab Operations and process engineering growth. The role manages process qualification, stability, continuous improvement, SOP, CAS, FMEA, SPC, DOE, tool releases, and cross-functional process initiatives, while leading a small team and training Associate Engineers. Candidates need an engineering degree, relevant process-engineering experience, strong SPC knowledge, high-volume production experience, and familiarity with process-engineering and MES systems; foundry or semiconductor experience is preferred.
