Description
GlobalFoundries is hiring multiple Process Engineers for its Fab Operations to sustain and improve semiconductor wafer processes, statistical process control, yield, quality, and productivity. The role involves SPC and ESPC analysis, recipe and compliance checks, process qualification, troubleshooting, yield improvement, equipment acceptance, cross-functional collaboration, and coaching junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 1–3 years of semiconductor wafer process engineering experience; foundry experience and strong analytical and teamwork skills are preferred.
