Description
GlobalFoundries is hiring a Lithography Process Engineer to sustain, optimize, and develop photolithography processes in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role involves monitoring SPC/ESPC data, analyzing critical dimension and overlay metrics, tuning stepper and scanner tools, conducting DOE and split-lot experiments, troubleshooting lithography defects, supporting technology transfers and new product introductions, leading yield-excursion resolution, and maintaining quality compliance. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 1 to 3 years of semiconductor wafer process engineering experience, with normal or swing-shift work or a 12-hour rotating shift as required.
