Description
Micron is hiring a PDE Process Integration (PI) Engineer to drive process integration excellence for High Bandwidth (HBM) products during New Product Introduction. The role supports NPI builds, lot tracking, process characterization, Design of Experiments, yield and defect analysis, root cause analysis, and handoff to High Volume Manufacturing, while collaborating with Fab, Assembly, Test, Yield, Quality, and central engineering teams. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related discipline and 0–2 years of relevant semiconductor manufacturing, process, or product engineering experience.
