Description
The Engineer, Process Validation/Industrial Engineer will work on-site in Durham, North Carolina for 12 months on the first shift, five days per week. The role leads operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, Lean Six Sigma projects, value stream mapping, process validation, financial savings validation, training, and the Change to Win and BD Production System programs. It requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and 4–5 years of progressive experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related disciplines.
