Description
The role manages internal R&D operations and serves as the primary internal and external interface for R&D, coordinating resources, technology, customer management, and development activities. It leads the R&D team, defines technical milestones, develops technical solutions, resolves process issues, and requires fluent English. The position requires a bachelor's degree or above, more than three years of automotive-industry experience, and an engineering background in structures, electronics, software, or technical project management; overseas project experience and experience with automotive instrument clusters, displays, multimedia, or domain controllers are preferred.
