Molex is hiring a Product Design Engineer in Shijie Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, to lead product development from concept through pre-production. The role covers engineering design, customer and supplier requirements, RFQ analysis, product validation, manufacturing and supply-chain coordination, quality issues, and related engineering activities. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, 3–5 years of connector product design and development experience, automotive parts experience, CAD and drawing skills, and strong communication abilities.
