Eaton is hiring a Hardware & Technical Documentation Engineer for its Middle East Engineering Team in Dubai, UAE. The role combines electronic hardware product development with ownership of technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, user manuals, labels, drawings, PLM records, and certification support. Responsibilities span hardware design, analog and digital circuit development, PCB design, prototyping, testing, validation, industrialization, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering, at least four years of electronic hardware design experience, and familiarity with industrial electronics, embedded systems, EMC/EMI, PLM, and relevant standards.
