Molex is hiring a Senior Product Development Engineer in Shijie Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, to develop high-power cable assemblies and solutions for global datacenter customers. The role leads new-product development from concept through mass production, including feasibility reviews, BOM and drawing development, qualification, trial runs, testing, failure analysis, customer support, and engineering documentation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, 2–3 years of product development, engineering, manufacturing, or quality experience, English proficiency, and proficiency with 2D/3D drawing tools; cable assembly, connector, AQP, Six Sigma, Lean, molding, stamping, plating, and datacenter application experience are advantageous.
