Description
The HBM Reliability Engineer will develop reliability test flows and plans, execute qualification programs, reduce DPM through manufacturing test strategies, analyze device failures with EFA and PFA, recommend process conversions for HBM yield and quality, manage conversion risks, and collaborate with Fab, HBM technology, design, system, and quality teams. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering or a related field, semiconductor or device knowledge, data-analysis and scripting skills, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
