Dyson is hiring a Product Performance Engineer within its Product Performance group to analyze and optimize the drying and styling performance of hair appliances. The role involves identifying performance factors, using modelling tools, designing and executing tests, analyzing experimental and analytical data, building predictive models with Excel, Minitab, or MATLAB, proposing design mitigations, and collaborating with project teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering, ideally 3+ years of product design and development experience, and strong knowledge of engineering, measurement, statistical, and data-analysis methods.
